The Rose Room Revue ~ Featured Performer
The Rose Garden Restaurant & Pub, 16 Milford Street, Upton,, MA
I was introduced to the Rose Room Revue by Alan Goodrich when he was sitting in as the host of the established Open Mic. I made my first winding, pitch-black drive to the little town of Upton and found myself in what felt like another world. I remember the weight of that solitary first trek. (I have such a horrible sense of direction!) If you have a minute or two, click on "Live"... then scroll down and click on "Show past dates"... then scroll WAY down to May 3, 2007 to read my diary entry. (Funny stuff. I'm a geek.) That's the night I met The Low Anthem. Now hosted by Dan Chauvin, the Revue has changed and grown. I've been back a number of times, but this will be my first appearance as the featured performer. Take the drive and we'll have uncommon fun! My thanks to Bob Crownfield~
